Clients may request cancellation before the agreed services have started.

If no work has commenced and no non-refundable third-party expenses have been incurred, prepaid service fees will generally be eligible for a full refund.

2. After Services Have Started

Once research, consulting, sourcing, supplier coordination, freight quotation preparation, or inspection planning has begun, refund eligibility will depend on:

  • The work already completed.
  • The agreed service scope and written terms.
  • Any documented third-party costs already incurred.
  • Applicable legal requirements.

Any eligible refund will be assessed fairly on a case-by-case basis.

3. Third-Party Services

Some services may involve independent freight forwarders, customs brokers, inspection companies, suppliers, or other external providers.

Third-party fees may be subject to separate cancellation and refund conditions.

Horizons For Commerce cannot guarantee reimbursement of non-refundable charges imposed by these providers.

4. Service Issues or Disputes

If you believe that a service was not delivered according to the agreed scope, please contact us with your project details.

We will review the concern and work toward a reasonable resolution in accordance with the written agreement and applicable law.
