Free Shipping

We are pleased to offer free shipping on all orders. No minimum order value required — every order ships on us, no matter where you are!

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Times

Once shipped, estimated delivery times are:

• Domestic (US): 5–7 business days
• International: 10–21 business days depending on destination

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or other factors outside our control.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can monitor your delivery.

Customs & Duties (International Orders)

For international orders, customs fees, import duties, or taxes may be applied by your country's customs authority. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not covered by Horizons For Commerce.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we will work to resolve the issue promptly.
